Shipments: How do I edit my Ship From location?

  1. Log in to portalapp.springsystems.com and select your name on the top right. Then, select account settings. From there, locate and select the "Manage Locations" tab.
  2. If you are adding a new location (it is not already listed here), press the "Add New" button and type in the required information. Once completed, press "save".
  3. If you are editing a location, select the location in the table and press "Edit Location", make the necessary adjustments, and save.
  4. Once the location is added/updated, navigate to your shipment(s) on the shipments table, select applicable shipments, and click "Edit Shipment".
  5. Select the pencil icon on the brown "DC" level banner, which will open an overlay with your ship from address listed.
  6. Select the drop down menu under the listed ship from location.
  7. Select the appropriate location and click "save".
