Orders: My order was sent but it is not showing in the system, what do I do?

  • First, contact your buyer to confirm the POs were actually sent.
  • If confirmed, your buyer should provide the following information so we can research on our end. They will know what this means!
    • PO number(s)
    • Transmission date/time
    • Receiver ISA ID
    • Control number
  • Note that POs can take up to 24 hours to actually send out once the buyer triggers the order, so please be patient if you are within that window!
