Managing Add-On Modules (Adding, Enabling, and Disabling)

This guide is to help you add/disabled or modify any add on modules on your subscription plan with Spring Systems. Please note only a TP Admin can make any of these changes. If you are not a TP Admin, you will have to reach out to one of the TP Admins listed on the page or reach out to support@springsystems.com
Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings
- Click on your profile name at the top right of the screen.
- Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Access Partner Settings
- On the Account Management dashboard, click the Partner Settings tab (highlighted in yellow).
- Review the list under Setting Label to see if the module you want to manage is already listed:
- If the module is already in the table: Move to Option A (Editing an Existing Module).
- If the module is NOT listed: Move to Option B (Adding a New Module).
Option A: Turn an Existing Module On/Off (Edit)
- Select the module entry from the list (e.g., Enable Shipping Documents Generation (highlighted in yellow)).
- Click the Edit button above the table toolbar.
- In the form that appears, locate the Set Value section at the bottom.
- Set the dropdown menu value:
- To Turn ON: Select Yes.
- To Turn OFF: Select No.
- Click Save in the bottom right corner.
Option B: Add a New Add-On Module (Add New)
- Click the + Add New button located above the table toolbar.
- Under the Options section, click the System Attribute Label dropdown field.
- Select the desired module from the available list (e.g., Advanced Reporting Enable, Enable FedEx Label Generation, Enable Shipping Documents Generation, Enable UPS Label Generation, or Enable USPS Label Generation).
- In the Set Value section at the bottom, select Yes to enable it (or No to keep it inactive).
- Click Save in the bottom right corner to save and apply the new module.
