Managing Add-On Modules (Adding, Enabling, and Disabling)

This guide is to help you add/disabled or modify any add on modules on your subscription plan with Spring Systems. Please note only a TP Admin can make any of these changes. If you are not a TP Admin, you will have to reach out to one of the TP Admins listed on the page or reach out to support@springsystems.com

Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings

  1. Click on your profile name at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Access Partner Settings

  1. On the Account Management dashboard, click the Partner Settings tab (highlighted in yellow).

  2. Review the list under Setting Label to see if the module you want to manage is already listed:
    • If the module is already in the table: Move to Option A (Editing an Existing Module).
    • If the module is NOT listed: Move to Option B (Adding a New Module).

Option A: Turn an Existing Module On/Off (Edit)

  1. Select the module entry from the list (e.g., Enable Shipping Documents Generation (highlighted in yellow)).
  2. Click the Edit button above the table toolbar.
  3. In the form that appears, locate the Set Value section at the bottom.
  4. Set the dropdown menu value:
    • To Turn ON: Select Yes.
    • To Turn OFF: Select No.
  5. Click Save in the bottom right corner.

Option B: Add a New Add-On Module (Add New)

  1. Click the + Add New button located above the table toolbar.
  2. Under the Options section, click the System Attribute Label dropdown field.
  3. Select the desired module from the available list (e.g., Advanced Reporting Enable, Enable FedEx Label Generation, Enable Shipping Documents Generation, Enable UPS Label Generation, or Enable USPS Label Generation).
  4. In the Set Value section at the bottom, select Yes to enable it (or No to keep it inactive).
  5. Click Save in the bottom right corner to save and apply the new module.
