Orders: Editing Dropship PO Addresses

Sometimes you might receive errors with addresses on the packing slips or UPS/FedEx labels.
A lot of these are caused due to customers putting in incorrect fields in incorrect locations while placing the order.
Dropship POs can now be edited to correct these addresses and make it easier and faster for you to generate your labels without having to go back and forth with the Support team.
Please see our quick guide on how to edit your POs and make sure the information is correct.
- On the left hand side, click on Transaction > Create/Edit > Order
- Under the Select Retailer, type in the Retailer name and then under Select PO, type in the PO number, and then click the EDIT PO blue button on the right.
- This will allow you to edit the PO details including the shipping address.
- Change the Edit Current Ship To field to Yes and you can now make the changes to the Ship To location and correct the addresses including the phone number.
