Frequently Asked Question

Just a quick reminder that Shopbop requires an Advanced Ship Notice (ASN) for every shipment, every order. You must send the ASN no later than the day the goods leave your facility.

Some points to remember:

• Carrier Reference Number - mandatory. This must be either the ProNumber/TrackingNumber/Airbill Number. It can NOT be the PO number.
