- Email support@springsystems.com (or call 888.275.2160 opt 1) (After hours, for time critical support, email to urgent@springsystems.com)
- Log into support.springsystems.com (All customers should have a link in each email response and you can also create an account and log in and search for open tickets and view the entire ticket history)
- If needed, call and cite your ticket #
- Call or email to support manager
- Call or email to account manager (often you have their cell phone)
- Call or email to senior management
