  1. Email support@springsystems.com (or call 888.275.2160 opt 1) (After hours, for time critical support, email to urgent@springsystems.com)
  2. Log into support.springsystems.com (All customers should have a link in each email response and you can also create an account and log in and search for open tickets and view the entire ticket history)
  3. If needed, call and cite your ticket #
  4. Call or email to support manager
  5. Call or email to account manager (often you have their cell phone)
  6. Call or email to senior management
