Hello, 

Please read the below notification from Macys. 

Effective February 1, 2026 Macys will require that all vendors send the TRIP ID/Authorization number in their ASN's. This is obtained from the Macys Routing Notification. 

This field will become mandatory within PortalApp ASNs. This will not affect your ASNs until February 1, 2026.

NOTES:

• If you have an integration for Macys/Bloomingdales/Bloomingdales Outlet with PortalApp, please reach out to our Integrations team at integration@springsystem.com today to make these changes and test accordingly.
• Please note that this field is NOT MANDATORY as of now as BUT will soon be.
