PortalApp makes viewing your orders easy!
When you log into the Spring Systems PortalApp, please navigate to transactions, then orders.
Once you arrive to the "Orders" page, PortalApp will list the available orders we have for you.
If the order you are looking for in particular does not appear on this list we may not have received it from your buyer yet and we may still be waiting for them to send it our way.
You will know our system has it when we send an email to you letting you know that it has entered our system.
if you received an email notifying you about the order and you cannot locate it in the Portal you can attempt to clear all filters that may be hiding you order.
You can do this by going to tools -> reset.
Once your filters are empty, please press "load".
This will ensure that ALL Orders are loaded onto this table for you!
