Invoices: My invoice is showing a price of $0, what do I do?

This issue typically relates to the cookies in your browser. To test and/or fix, please follow these steps:

  1. Open an incognito window in your browser
  2. Navigate to portalapp.springsystems.com in this incognito window
  3. Go to Transaction => Shipments
  4. Select the same shipment(s) you were trying to invoice
  5. Click "create invoice"

If you are able to see the prices on the invoice now, you will need to clear your cookies in order to resolve permanently - details on how to do this for all browsers can be found here.
