Invoices: My invoice is showing a price of $0, what do I do?

This issue typically relates to the cookies in your browser. To test and/or fix, please follow these steps:
- Open an incognito window in your browser
- Navigate to portalapp.springsystems.com in this incognito window
- Go to Transaction => Shipments
- Select the same shipment(s) you were trying to invoice
- Click "create invoice"
If you are able to see the prices on the invoice now, you will need to clear your cookies in order to resolve permanently - details on how to do this for all browsers can be found here.
