Shipments: I clicked “generate shipping documents”, but the labels didn’t generate - what do I do?

This is typically a browser issue, so you should test two different things:

  1. Try generating the labels in “incognito mode” in your internet browser - if this allows label generation, you should clear your cache
    1. Chrome
    2. Safari
    3. Firefox

  2. Check/turn off your pop-up blocker and try again
    1. You should allow pop-ups from our portal - please reach out to your pop-up blocker provider if you are unsure how to do this
    2. The labels are generated in a pop-up window, so if it is blocked, this will prevent completion of the job
