Shipments: I have a bad shipment I want to get rid of, what do I do?

Bad shipments should always be marked “do not use” - this will prevent further processing automatically and allow you to filter these shipments so they are no longer visible.
- Select the shipment, then "Edit Shipment"
- Select the pencil icon on the brown banner at the top (this is the shipment header detail editor, the same place you add ASN information).
- Under “Shipment Status”, change the value for "Do Not Use" to Yes, then save. This will mark the shipment with a black "X" in the Shipments tab, allowing you to filter this shipment out of your queries and prevent accidental ASN processing.
