Shipments: I have a bad shipment I want to get rid of, what do I do?

Bad shipments should always be marked “do not use” - this will prevent further processing automatically and allow you to filter these shipments so they are no longer visible.

  1. Select the shipment, then "Edit Shipment"
  2. Select the pencil icon on the brown banner at the top (this is the shipment header detail editor, the same place you add ASN information).
  3. Under “Shipment Status”, change the value for "Do Not Use" to Yes, then save. This will mark the shipment with a black "X" in the Shipments tab, allowing you to filter this shipment out of your queries and prevent accidental ASN processing.
