Shipments: How do I add a deleted item or carton back to a shipment?

  • At this time, it is not possible to add a deleted item back to a shipment. However, the item has not been removed from the original PO, so creating a new shipment will resolve your issue
  • To create a new shipment, go back to Transactions => Orders, and select the order line(s). Then press "Create Shipment". This will create a shipment from the original PO, resetting your shipment from the starting point. You can continue the process normally from there.
  • The bad shipment should be marked "Do Not Use" to avoid various issues - see FAQ entry for “do not use” for details.
