Frequently Asked Question
Most of our customers order volume is seasonal and inconsistent from month to month so they elect for a semi-annual or annual subscription. This allows carrying the "included order" counts to be spread over the 6 or 12 month period. For example if your subscription package includes 10 orders per month, the semi-annual billing cycle allows you to use all 60 orders throughout the 6 month period.
Here's an example:
| Month 1 | 5 orders |
| Month 2 | 0 orders |
| Month 3 | 30 orders |
| Month 4 | 2 orders |
| Month 5 | 10 orders |
| Month 6 | 15 orders |
| Total : 59 orders |
Electing for the default semi-annual billing, you are all set!
However if electing the monthly option, this customer would have triggered an overage charge for months 3 and month 6.
